3 tomatoes

Mozzarella, 3 large balls

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/8 cup sliced ham

1/4 cup mushrooms


1/4 cup pesto

1/4 cup chorizo

1/8 cup cheddar, shredded

1/8 cup swiss cheese, shredded

1/8 cup blue cheese


1/8 cup coppa (Italian ham)

Pizza dough, 3 sheets


Parchment paper

1. Partially cut the top off of 3 tomatoes and remove the inside. Do the same with 3 mozzarella balls, and put the hollow mozzarella balls inside of the hollow tomatoes. Fill the first with tomato sauce, sliced ham, mushrooms, and oregano. Fill another with pesto and chorizo, and fill the last with grated cheddar, swiss, and blue cheese. Close the top of the mozzarella balls and the top of the tomatoes.

2. Sprinkle basil, sliced ham, and Italian ham separately on 3 sheets of pizza dough. Use a rolling pin to adhere the toppings to each sheet of dough and flip it, with the plain side up. Wrap each stuffed tomato with a sheet of dough. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F. Enjoy!
