Ingredients for 5 people

6 round zucchini

3/4 cup of heavy cream

4 eggs

3 tbsp of sour cream

4 slices of smoked salmon, chopped

1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated


salt & pepper

Step 1/3

Cut the tops off of the zucchini and hollow them out. Dice the removed zucchini flesh and mix it with the cream, eggs, chopped dill, and pepper.

Step 2/3

Combine the sour cream, smoked salmon, grated mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture between the zucchini shells. Arrange the zucchini upside down in the pie pan.

Step 3/3

Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan around the zucchini, add some mozzarella on top of each zucchini and bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F. Serve hot and enjoy!
