  1. Lay the puff pastry in the dish. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and lay them skin side up. Make 5 to 6 large slits in each zucchini.

  2. Alternately place a slice of mozzarella and a slice of chorizo folded in half in the slits. Arrange the zucchinis on the puff pastry.

  3. Mix the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper and pour the mixture into the dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 °F and eat hot!
