Recipe Omelette Roll-up
It keeps turning, turning, turning...
Beat the eggs and season with pepper. Pour half of the eggs into the hot pan and add half of the ham and half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
When the underside of the omelet is cooked, roll the omelet into a roll and place it on the side of the pan. Pour half of the remaining eggs into the pan against the omelet and add half of the remaining ham and mozzarella cheese.
Let cook for a few more moments and when the underside is cooked, roll the omelet up again and move it to the side of the pan. Repeat the operation with the remaining egg, ham, and mozzarella. Roll up the omelet one last time and take it off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
