Ingredients for 4 people

1 yellow bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 red onion

12 eggs

1 1/4 cups of milk

1 bag of potato chips

1 1/3 cups of mozzarella, grated

6 slices of ham

salt & pepper




Step 1/3

Dice the peppers and onion. Beat the eggs with the milk, crumble the chips, and add them to the mixture. Add salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

Step 2/3

Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a hot pan and spread 1/3 of the peppers and onion over it. When the omelet is almost cooked, place 1/3 of the grated mozzarella cheese on one half, let it melt and cover it with slices of ham.

Step 3/3

Fold the omelet in half, remove from the pan, and repeat twice. Stack the 3 omelets, cut them in 4, and enjoy!
