Ingredients for 6 people

2 yellow bell peppers

2 red bell peppers

2 green bell peppers

6 slices of ham

3 cups of baby spinach

4 eggs

parsley

salt & pepper


Tools

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Freezer bag

Loaf pan


Step 1/3

Place the peppers on a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. When they come out of the oven, put the peppers in the freezer bag and let stand. When they have cooled slightly, remove the skin from the peppers and cut into strips.

Step 2/3

Line the loaf pan with strips of peppers, alternating colors. Lay 3 slices of ham on top followed by half the spinach. Beat the eggs with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and pour half of them over the spinach.

Step 3/3

Add 2 slices of ham, the rest of the spinach, the rest of the eggs and cover the loaf with pepper strips. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 °F. Turn out of the mold, slice, and enjoy!
