Ingredients for 6 people
4 tsp butter
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp parsley
Salt & pepper
1 tsp Chefclub Vegetable Seasoning
1 tsp sesame seeds
Step 1/3Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake them for 1 hour at 350 °F.
Step 2/3Carefully cut the baked potatoes in half and add in the butter, shredded mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix together well using two forks, keeping the potato skins intact.
Step 3/3Insert a skewer into each hot dog and make slanted cuts along the front and back side of the hot dog as seen in the video. Heat chicken stock, vegetable seasoning, and sesame seeds in a large stew pot. Dip the hot dogs in the broth, then grill on an electric griddle. Serve with the baked potatoes and enjoy!
