Ingredients for 3 people
10 oz of ground beef
2 oz of ground pork
2 tsp of chefclub ground beef spice mix
1 3/4 oz of grated swiss cheese
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
Mix the ground beef and ground pork with the spice mixture, salt, and pepper, then form into a stick. Using a wooden spoon, press a hollow in the center and fill with grated swiss, then close. Divide the stick into 3 pieces, roll up, fry the pieces in a pan, and flatten slightly.
Add coarse salt on a baking tray, place the potatoes on it, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 ºF. Place an oven rack over a bowl, then press the potatoes through the rack with a meat mallet. Mix potatoes with cornstarch, egg, and heavy cream, then press through a fine sieve.
Cut a plastic bottle and a freezer bag, then put the cap in the bag and add the mashed potato mixture. Then squirt the mixture into hot oil and deep fry. After, drain on paper towels. Place meat on top of the hash brown buns, garnish with tomato slices, pickled onions, mixed greens, salt, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Serve and enjoy!
