Loaded Chicken Cheeseburger

Ingredients for 2 people

Cut a roll from baking paper and a kitchen roll and place in a tall jar. Mix grated cheddar with beer in a pot on the stove and make a sauce. Pour the sauce into the baking paper kitchen roll and refrigerate.
Bread chicken fillets with flour, egg and breadcrumbs with Chefclub Tex Mex Mix and deep fry in hot oil. Make several cutlets.
Then roll the cutlets with cheddar slices in tortillas. Place in plastic wrap and cut into small rolls. Roll again in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry grated cheddar in a pan. Place a burger bun on top of the cheddar and continue to fry. Then top the burger bun with cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, tortilla rolls, bacon cubes and fried onion and enjoy!
