Sweet & Sour Shot

When the sweetness of Baileys meets the fizziness of candy belts

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients for 10 people

8 fizzy belt sweets

300 g of white chocolate

200 ml of irish liqueur

1 can of whipped cream


Step 1/3

Melt the white chocolate, and use a spoon to form discs of the chocolate 3cm in diameter on a sheet of baking paper.

Step 2/3

Roll the fizzy sweet belts into circles, and use a little bit of hot water to stick them together if you need. Then place them on the chocolate discs. Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.

Step 3/3

Pour Bailey's Irish Cream into each shot and add whipped cream and sprinkles on top. Cheers!
