Ingredients for 8 people

Peaches

Gelatin

Granola

Honey

Chocolate

Sliced almonds

Cheesecake filling



Step 1/3

Line the bottom of a Pyrex dish with granola and drizzle with honey. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the granola layer and refrigerate until set.

Step 2/3

In a separate bowl, combine peach juice with unflavored gelatin and pour the mixture over the chilled cheesecake layer. Arrange halved peaches on top and allow to set completely.

Step 3/3

Once firm, pipe thin lines of melted chocolate across the peach halves and add small dots for eyes to create a bee-like look. Finish by adding almond slices as wings. Serve and enjoy!
