Ingredients for 6 people

1/4 cup of butter

1 baguette

2 zucchinis

3 1/2 tbsp of cream cheese

Chives

3 slices of ham

8 egg

2 cloves garlic

Parmesan

Rolling pin or metal rod

Step 1/5

Leave the butter out at room temperature, cut the garlic into pieces, add it to the butter and mix until you get garlic butter. Cut a baguette into a slices. Place the slices vertically and flatten with a rolling pin to form a space in the crumb. Butter the underside of the baguette slices, place them upright in a buttered skillet, spread the garlic butter inside the slices and allow to cook.

Cut a zucchini into pieces, mix the cream cheese, chives and zucchini, place the mixture in a ziplock bag and cut the bottom corner. Place the ham on the work surface and pipe a line of cream cheese mixture on the ham. Roll it up on itself then cut it in 3. Garnish the slices of baguette with the rolled ham. Repeat the process to fill all the baguette slices.

Cut a zucchini into slices, hollow out the inside using a circular cookie cutter, cook the zucchini slices in an oiled frying pan. Add 1 egg to each zucchini slice and cook. Arrange the baguette slices vertically on a plate, place the zucchini slices with the eggs on top, sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
