Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

2 lbs of pasta dough

2 oz of bolognese sauce

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of water

2 mozzarella

1 oz of bechamel sauce

10 slices of coppa (italian ham)

10 slices of prosciutto

10 slices of provolone

10 basil leaves


Step 1/3

Spread the pasta dough into a large circle. Cook on the plancha with oil and water. Add bolognese sauce, 1 shredded mozzarella and bechamel on top.

Step 2/3

Roll the coppa, prosciutto, basil and mozzarella together. Cook the provolone on the plancha to make a tuile. Place the meat roll on top and coat with the provolone.Place on top of the pasta and roll into a burrito.

Step 3/3

Wrap the burrito in parchment paper and bake 10 minutes at 350Β°F. Serve and enjoy!
