Ingredients for 4 people

3/5 lb of ground beef

2 tbsp of chefclub ground beef seasoning

6 slices of cheddar

3 puff pastry

1 bag of bbq chips

9 oz of cheddar

1 beer

1 tomato

1 avocado

1 tbsp of chefclub guacamole mix

1 tbsp of sour cream

1 pinch of parsley


Rolling pin or metal rod


Step 1/3

Mix the ground beef and the Chefclub ground beef seasoning. Flatten the ground beef using a rolling pin and form 3 rectangles. Place 2 slices of cheddar on the rectangles of ground beef and roll up each rectangle of ground beef. Cook them on a buttered griddle for a few minutes.

Step 2/3

Overlap the ends of 2 sheets of puff pastry. Place the bag of barbecue chips in the center and fold the ends of the sheets of brick. Hold them with toothpicks and repeat the process with a sheet of puff pastry to hold the everything together. Remove the bag of chips from the centre. Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 320°F.

Step 3/3

Melt the cheddar with the beer in a skillet over low heat. Cut the tomato and avocado into pieces. Mix the avocado with Chefclub guacamole seasoning. Cut the rolls diagonally to form triangles. Place the chips in the puff pastry dish. Place the triangles of ground beef on the chips. Pour in the cheddar sauce, guacamole, sour cream and tomato on top. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
