Dip the pretzel into melted butter and coat it with a touch of salt. Gently cut open the pretzel, then press seasoned ground sausage into the interior of one pretzel half. Lay the pretzel in a heated pan with the meat side down, allowing the sausage to cook thoroughly. Flip the pretzel and top it with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Take the pretzel off the heat and layer a few pieces of crispy bacon on it. Sprinkle a touch of chives over the bacon, then shut the pretzel like a sandwich and place a mound of scrambled eggs on top. Place a black olive as the "eye" of the chick and position a cherry tomato to resemble its "beak." Serve and enjoy!
