Ingredients for 3 people

6 egg

2 carrots

1 onion

4 tbsp of olive oil

Salt

1 black olive

1 mozzarella

Tools

Plastic bottle

Step 1/3

Crack 1 egg into a bowl, suck up the yolk using a plastic bottle and place it in a bowl. Add 2 whole eggs with the egg yolk, and repeat the operation in another bowl. Beat the eggs and set aside.

Step 2/3

Cut a carrot into pieces, cook them in boiling water and mash them with a fork. Cut the potato and the onion into cubes and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil. Brown them and set aside in a bowl. Cut the rest of the carrot into thin triangles, then grill them in a pan. Add the potatoes and onion to a bowl with the eggs, add a little salt and mix. Add the mashed carrot to the other bowl with the eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix.

Step 3/3

Pour a hen of olive oil in the pan, and pour the potato crepe preparation. Allow to cook, fold two sides of the crepe inwards, then fold it in half. Set aside on one side of the pan, then pour the carrot pancake mixture into the pan. Allow to cook, fold one side of the crepe inwards, fold it in half and place it on a plate. Cut the crepe into thirds and place each piece on a plate. Add the carrot triangles for the ears, the olives for the eyebrows and eyes, and the mozzarella for the eyes and snout. Enjoy!
