Ingredients for 4 people
15 1/2 oz of dark chocolate
4 sliced almonds
4 candy eyeballs
1 3/5 cups of heavy cream
2.1 cups of milk
2 tbsp of sugar
3 1/2 tbsp of butter
Using a teaspoon, make 20 small circles with 3 oz of melted dark chocolate in rows of 4 on parchment paper. Glue 1 chip on each circle of the first row. Cut the sliced almonds in 2 to make beaver teeth and stick them 2 by 2 on each circle of dark chocolate. Make 4 chocolate rectangles with the spoon that will form the beavers' tails. Put in the fridge.
Cut 2 bananas into 2 and dip each end in the melted dark chocolate. Glue the chips with the almond teeth on the tip of the chocolate-coated bananas, and stick 4 chocolate chips on the trunk of each banana. Place on each banana 2 sugar eyes, above the chips with the almonds. Reserve a banana for decoration.
Melt 2 chefs of dark chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave. Heat the heavy cream and add to the melted chocolate. Mix together to make a ganache.
Mix the flour, the sugar, eggs, milk and melted butter. Make 9 crepes. Arrange 3 crepes on the worktop and line them with chocolate ganache. Roll the pancakes onto themselves. Repeat with 3 more crepes, then one last time with the remaining crepes. Cu the end of the roll at an angle to make logs and coat them with ganache. Place beavers on the logs and banana slices. Enjoy!
