Love Letter Ham & Cheese! A cute new recipe to make with the kids 💌🧀

Ingredients for 4 people
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tbsp of sugar
4 egg
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of butter
Ham
6 slices of emmental cheese
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
Chives
Step 1/2
Mix flour, sugar, eggs, milk and butter until smooth. Allow to rest 30 minutes. Make 5 square crepes. Garnish with ham and cheese. Fold like envelopes (2 open and 3 closed).
Step 2/2
Cut the slices of cheese into flower petals, the cucumber into leaves and the tomatoes into hearts. Decorate the open envelopes and sprinkle with chives. Serve and enjoy!
