Step 1/5

Combine the flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Add ¼ of the batter to two small mixing bowls. Add the strawberry Nesquik to one of the small bowls and the chocolate Nesquik to the other. Whisk to combine the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2/5

Scoop out half of the ice cream and shape into small balls. Place in freezer. Melt the milk chocolate, add half of the crushed almonds and stir well. Stab the remaining ice cream with the fork, then dip it quickly into the chocolate-almond mix. Place the dipped ice cream onto the serving plate, then place the plate into the freezer.

Step 3/5

Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Fill each banana with chocolate chips shown in the video. Skewer each banana half.

Step 4/5

Heat the plancha over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour a ladle of strawberry batter onto the plate, then plain batter, then chocolate in a strip. Flip the pancake and cook the other side. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Wrap each banana in a pancake.

Step 5/5

Cover the top of the the chocolate-dipped ice cream with whipped cream, then add a few of the ice cream scoops on top of that. Place the bananas around the chocolate-dipped ice cream, then add the remaining scoops around the base of the chocolate-covered ice cream. Drizzle the scoops with remaining melted chocolate. Sprinkle with almonds and chocolate chips. Place the cherries on top, serve and enjoy!
