Halloween Pear Charlotte Coffin
Halloween Pear Charlotte Coffin! Have a howling good time with this dessert 💀🧹⚰️

Ingredients for 5 people
7 oz of dark chocolate
0.4 cup of whipped cream
1 3/4 oz of white chocolate
Pour brown sugar in a mold. Make an imprint in the sugar with the skeleton. Pour the white chocolate onto the head and arms. Chill to set. Take out of fridge then soak the limbs in a bowl of ice water. Take them out, dry them with paper towel and set aside.
Make a mold with cardboard in the shape of a coffin. Add parchment paper inside. Pour melted dark chocolate to coat the inside of the coffin. Refrigerate to set. Unmold the coffin. Cut the pears into pieces and cook with some sugar to make a compote. Add whipped cream to the inside of the coffin followed by the pear compote and ladyfingers. Sprinkle with cacao powder.
Coat the ladyfingers with dark chocolate, then draw small bones with white chocolate. Glue the ladyfingers all around the coffin.
Arrange the white chocolate limbs on top of the cake, then place the coffin door on top at an angle. Happy Halloween!
