Total time: 30 minutes

Prep time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

15 brioche slices

2 cups of milk

1 egg

1/4 cup of raw cane sugar

2 tsp of cinnamon

8 oz of cream cheese

2 tsp of amaretto liqueur

2/3 cup of powdered sugar

0.4 cup of heavy cream

1 1/4 cups of strawberries

1 banana

2/3 cup of dark chocolate

1/2 cup of white chocolate

whipped cream

chocolate shavings

mint leaves

Tools

Large vegetable steamer basket

Small vegetable steamer basket

Plastic bottles

Box cutter

Spatula

Nail

Electric mixer

Cooling rack

Plastic wrap

Step 1/4

Flatten the brioche slices and place one slice in the center of a large vegetable steamer basket with the 8 other slices layered around it. In a plastic bottle add the milk, egg, raw cane sugar, and cinnamon. Shake to mix well. Then make 5 holes in the cap with a nail. Drizzle the brioche with the mix and pat in with a spatula. Close the steamer basket.

Step 2/4

Stack a smaller steamer basket on top of the large one and line with 6 flattened brioche slices. Drizzle the brioche with the mix and pat in with a spatula. Close the steamer basket. Bake both baskets for 15 minutes at 350 °F.

Step 3/4

Whip the cream cheese, Amaretto liqueur, powdered sugar, and heavy cream with an electric mixer. Remove the brioche French toast from the oven, remove from steamer baskets, and let cool slightly. Then add a layer of the cream cheese filling to the bottom of each French toast tier. Fill the large tier with 3 whole strawberries and the small tier with 1 whole strawberry. Fill both tiers with banana chunks, top with cream cheese filling, stack the small basket on top of the large one, and place on a cooling rack.

Step 4/4

Cut a large plastic bottle in half with a box cutter. Take the bottom half and carefully make small slits around the edge of the bottle with a box cutter as seen in the video. Cover the holes with plastic wrap and fill the bottle with alternating layers of the melted dark and white chocolate. Hold directly above the French toast, remove the plastic wrap, and spin the bottle to create a marbled effect. Top with whipped cream, remaining strawberry & banana slices, chocolate shavings, and mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
