Transform leftover carrot cake into adorable bunny ear and tail cake pops on sticks. Dip them in smooth white chocolate and use pink candy melts to add details.
Step 2/2
Coat the base with crushed pecans. Dip ice cream cones in orange candy melts to create carrot shapes, then place them around the cake. Fill the cones with chocolate eggs and fresh mint to mimic carrot stems. Arrange the cake pops on top of the cake, serve, and enjoy!
