Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 12 black olives
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Cauliflower Pizza

  1. Chop the cauliflower into very fine pieces, then add to it the eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix well. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper make a disc with the cauliflower mix, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.

  2. Once cooked, add a layer of tomato sauce on your cauliflower pizza base. Then add on top the oregano, ham, sliced mozzarella and black olives.

  3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
