One-pot Spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 people

12 bacon slices

1 buffalo mozzarella

3/4 cup of swiss cheese

3/4 cup of goat cheese

1/3 cup of mascarpone

3 1/3 cups of spaghetti


1 garlic clove


2 cups of water



Aluminum foil

Step 1/4

Place 3 inverted glasses on a lined baking tray covered and cover them with aluminum foil.

Step 2/4

Arrange 2 slices of bacon in a cross pattern on each glass and continue to cover the sides with the remaining slices. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 410 °F and wait until the bacon slices are cool before removing the glasses from the mold.

Step 3/4

Cut the mozzarella into slices and the Swiss cheese into squares and place them in a saucepan, then add the mascarpone, spaghetti, chives and chopped garlic. Add pepper, pour in the water and let the pasta cook for the time indicated, stirring from time to time.

Step 4/4

Once the spaghetti is cooked, place in each glass of bacon, sprinkle with chives and eat hot.
