Ingredients

8 potatoes

8 slices ham

8 slices Swiss cheese

2 cups bechamel sauce

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Olive oil

Chives

Tools

Sheet pan

Parchment paper

1. Using a knife, make slices in the potatoes without cutting all the way through. Place them on a parchment-lined sheet pan, brush them with oil and bake them for 1 hour at 350 °F.

2. Cut the slices of ham and Swiss cheese into small squares, then distribute them among the slices in the potatoes.

3. Pour the bechamel sauce over the potatoes, cover in grated Swiss cheese, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle chopped chives and enjoy.
