Ingredients for 6 people
40 cl creme fraiche
1 puff pastry
6 slices of ham
10 slices of raclette cheese
1 sheet pan
1 pair of scissors
Step 1/4Roll your puff pastry out onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Spread the creme fraiche on the puff pastry, and sprinkle with parsley before covering with ham slices.
Step 2/4Roll the dough, lengthwise, then with the help of your kitchen scissors, cut the dough from the top in a straight line the length of the roll.
Step 3/4Pull apart the pieces, place one on the right, one of the left, and leaving one in the centre. Repeat until you're done this to the entire loaf. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C.
Step 4/4Melt the raclette cheese, then pour over the baked roll. Eat by pulling apart each piece and dipping in the cheese.
