1 cauliflower

1 tsp corn flour

3 eggs

200g tomato sauce

3 slices of ham

1 ball of mozzarella

12 black olives

Oregano

Basil

Parsley

Salt and pepper

1. Chop the cauliflower into very fine pieces, then add to it the eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix well. On a baking tray lined with baking paper make a disc with the cauliflower mix, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

2. Once cooked, add a layer of tomato sauce on your cauliflower pizza base. Then add on top the oregano, ham, sliced mozzarella and black olives.

3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 210°C. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
