Bread
Eggs
Smoked salmon
Basil
Step 1/2
Place a boiled egg in the center of chopsticks and wrap tightly with plastic wrap to shape it into a flower. Slice the egg into delicate rounds.
Step 2/2
Mash avocado onto toast, then top with the egg flowers. Create additional flowers using smoked salmon and garnish with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
