Banana Illusion! Time to slip into this new dessert 😉🍌

Ingredients for 3 people
7 oz of white chocolate
Yellow food coloring
14 oz of milk chocolate
2 1/2 cups of heavy cream
Bake the white chocolate for 10 minutes at 120°F. Mix the melted white chocolate with yellow food coloring. Peel half the banana, cut half the banana flesh and set it aside. Dip the peeled banana in the yellow chocolate, place it in a glass and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Repeat the process to get 3.
Whip the heavy cream and melted milk chocolate, place in a piping bag and refrigerate for 2 hours. Crush the speculoos to obtain speculoos crumbs. Unmold the chocolate shell from the bananas, garnish it with caramel, add the speculoos powder, the chocolate mousse and place the half of the banana. Serve and enjoy!
