Ingredients for 6 people

1 1/2 sticks of butter, divided

2 tbsp parsley, divided

Salt & pepper

1 clove garlic

30 jumbo shrimp

1 onion

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

8 oz crab meat

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp mustard

Tabasco, to taste

1/2 cup grated mozzarella

1/2 cup grated cheddar

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Pizza dough, enough for 2 layers

Red onion, sliced for garnish

Sliced black olives for garnish

Tools

Straws

Step 1/4

Mix 1 stick of melted butter with 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of parsley, set aside about 3 tbsp of the garlic butter and place the 20 shrimp in the remaining garlic butter and set aside.

Step 2/4

Melt the remaining butter in a sauce pan, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chopped onion, crab meat, heavy cream, remaining shrimp, remaining parsley, mustard, and tabasco to taste. Let cook then add in all the cheeses, stir until melted. Take off heat and let cool.

Step 3/4

Roll out your pizza dough on a piece of parchment paper and place the garlic butter marinated shrimp all around the edge. Place the cooled shrimp and cheese dip in the center in a mound. Place 2 straws between two of the shrimp, and place the second piece of pizza dough on top. Using the back of a spoon, carefully seal the top and bottom pizza dough between each shrimp and around the dip in the center to ensure no air can escape. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F.

Step 4/4

Once the pizza is out of the oven, brush the dough with the reserved garlic butter and garnish with red onion slices and black olive slices. Just before serving, cut the dome off and then dip the pizza-dough wrapped shrimp into the dough. Enjoy!
