Recipe Instant Ramen like You've Never Seen Before
It's time for a Top Ramen renaissance. 🍜
Ramen Grilled Cheese: Wet 2 packages of ramen noodles. In between noodles, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Cook in a pan with butter until cheese is melted.
DIY Ramen Chocolate Bars: Cut the edges off of a milk or juice carton. Melt milk chocolate and pour in one mold, swirl in peanut butter and top with ramen, some of the seasoning packet, and peanuts. Melt white chocolate, pour into another mold, swirl with milk chocolate, top with ramen, sprinkle of seasoning, and sprinkles. Use remaining milk chocolate and repeat in the 3rd mold with noodles and some seasoning. Chill 30 minutes and enjoy!
Ramen Tacos: In a bowl mix 1 packaged cooked instant ramen, 1 egg, and 1 seasoning packet. Pour into a greased pan a fry. Using a skewer placed between two bowls, form the fried ramen into a taco shell shape and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Fill with taco seasoned ground beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and top with sour cream and hot sauce. Enjoy.
Ramen Brownies: Make brownie batter according to package instructions, pour into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan. Set aside. In a bowl, mixed 2 packages of cooked instant ramen, 1 package of cream cheese, and 1 cup of sugar. Mix until combined. Place onto of brownie batter and cover with remaining half of brownie batter. Top with crumbled instant ramen. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Top with caramel sauce and serve warm.
Ramen Pizza: In an oven-safe pan, mix 1 package cooked instant ramen with 1 egg, Italian herbs, and salt. Cover with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella, then top with pepperoni. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Enjoy warm!
Ramen Mac 'n' Cheese: Place 1/2 lb macaroni pasta, cooked, into an oven-safe baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce and mix. Take crumbled ramen noodles and spread over the top (in place of breadcrumbs) and cover everything with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F, serve warm.
Chicken Ramen Pot Pie: Mix 2 packages of noodles with 1 egg and a little seasoning packet to taste, then pour over your favorite pot pie filling and bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Ramen Pancakes: Mix 1 sliced banana, with 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour and 1 package of cooked instant ramen. Mix until combined and noodles are evenly dispersed. Fry in a buttered pan as you would normal pancakes, letting on side cook fully before flipping. Top with berries, butter and maple syrup.
