Bolognese Crêpes

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 5 people

2 cups flour

9 eggs

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 cups milk

3/4 lbs ground beef

1 onion

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup mozzarella, grated



1 casserole dish

Step 1/4

Mix the flour, 4 eggs, and the melted butter, then gradually pour in the milk until you get a smooth crepe batter. Cook 5 crepes for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 2/4

Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, add the tomato sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3/4

Spread the cooked beef over each crepe and roll them up like burritos. Arrange the 5 burritos in the casserole dish.

Step 4/4

Using a knife, cut slits lengthwise in each burrito and crack an egg inside. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
