2 1/3 cups flour

11 eggs

3 1/2 tbsp butter

2 1/2 cups milk

1 small wheel raclette cheese

5 slices thick cut bacon, diced

1 cup home fries

1 onion, diced and cooked

3/4 cup heavy cream

Parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper

1 Tefal® Ingenio pan

1. Whisk together the flour, 3 eggs, melted butter, and salt and pepper. Add the milk and mix to make a crepe batter. Cook 5 crepes in the Tefal® crepe pan.

2. Arrange the crepes in a circle in the Tefal® Ingenio pan so that they hang over the sides. Place the wheel of raclette cheese in the center of the pan ontop of the crepes.

3. Combine the bacon, home fries, onion, remaining eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and single cream in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan over the raclette cheese. Fold the crepes over the mixture so that everything is covered.

4. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Place the crepe pan upside down on top of the omlette and flip the whole thing over so that it's now is on the crepe pan. Continue cooking over low heat for a further 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cut into pieces and enjoy.
