
Inside Out Lasagna
More layers than an onion. 🕵️♀️

Ingredients
6 sheets lasagna noodles
1lb ground beef
1 onion
2/3 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
2/3 cup mozzarella, grated
Parsley
Salt & pepper

1 baking tray

1. Precook the lasagna noodles for 2 minutes in boiling salted water, then cut them in 2. Mix the ground beef, minced onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and form with 3 squares the size of the lasagna half sheets and 6 rectangles twice as large.
2. Mix the ricotta with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and spread half of it on the 3 meat squares. Add 1 lasagna sheet, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, grated mozzarella, another lasagna sheet, the remaining ricotta mixture, another lasagna sheet, 1 tbsp. tomato sauce, mozzarella, and the last lasagna sheets.
3. Surround the cubes thus formed with 2 rectangles of meat by sticking them well together and at the base. Place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, top with the tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese, and bake for 20 min at 350 °F. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
