Grilled Cheese Pizza!
A delicious recipe you can't argue with ;)
Spread butter on 2 slices of bread and place them, buttered side down, in a pan. Cover them with mozzarella and parmesan, then add 5 slices of chorizo to each. Cover with more mozzarella and cover the pan to let the cheese melt.
Transfer the cooked slices to a parchment-lined sheet pan and cover them with the remaining slices of bread. Add the tomato sauce on top, then add mozzarella and slices of chorizo. Bake 10 minutes at 350 °F, then enjoy warm with fresh basil.
