Grilled Cheese Pizza

A delicious recipe you can't argue with ;)


Total time: 40 minutes

Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people

3/4 cup butter

10 slices sandwich bread

15 slices cheddar

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup grated parmesan

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp pizza spice mix

1 cup Bolognese sauce

1/2 tsp parsley

20 pepperoni slices

Step 1/2

Melt the butter in frying pan and coat both sides of each sandwich bread slice. Spread the bread slices out on a baking sheet, add 3 slices of cheddar each to half of the bread slices, and close the grilled cheese with the remaining slices. Cut in triangles, line around the edge of a circular baking dish, and flatten the sandwiches in the center of the pan to make room for the cheese.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, 3/4 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, and pizza spice mix. Place in the center of the baking dish on top of the grilled cheese, followed by the Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella and a touch of parsley. Top with pepperoni and bake for 25 minutes at 375 °F. Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
