Frittata Cake

Delicious and fun to make :)

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

1 red onion

3 potatoes

12 eggs

5 slices prosciutto

1 wheel camembert cheese

Olive oil

Salt & pepper


1 baking tray

Parchment paper

Step 1/2

Brown the sliced onion. Cut the potatoes into discs and fry a third of them in a drizzle of olive oil. Beat 4 eggs with salt and pepper and pour them into the pan over the potato slices to cook the omelet. Repeat twice with the remaining potato slices and eggs to make 3 potato omelets.

Step 2/2

Place a first omelet on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the prosciutto on top and cover with a second omelet. Add the cooked onions and then the last omelet. Finish with a layer of camembert slices and bake for 5 minutes at 350 °F. Slice and enjoy!
