Ingredients for 3 people

1 can of pillsbury cinnamon rolls

1 lb of sausages

1 banana

2 packages of bacon

1/2 cup of peanut butter

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tbsp of chili garlic sauce

2 tbsp of lime juice

1/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of peanuts

1 package of american cheese slices

6 potatoes

5 tbsp of butter

2 tbsp of steak seasoning

Step 1/9

Place cinnamon rolls on parchment paper. Take one large banana and mash it in a bowl. Coat over your cinnamon rolls and bake according to package instructions. Set aside. You will use two rolls per sandwich.

Step 2/9

Remove sausage from casings and shape 3 donuts with your sausage filling. Take 3-4 bacon slices per donut and wrap around your circle. Cook on your grill at 400°F for 7-10 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Step 3/9

In a bowl add peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, chili sauce and whisk to combine. Add water to achieve a smooth consistency.

Step 4/9

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add quartered potatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Drain potatoes and cool slightly. Dice them into small cubes. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning. Cook, stirring often, until potatoes are golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Add more butter as needed.

Step 5/9

Take two cinnamon rolls per sandwich. Place a slice of melted cheddar and the bacon donut on the bottom donut. Add the potatoes and drizzle with spicy peanut sauce. Add crushed peanuts and close with another cinnamon roll. Serve and enjoy!
