Turkey terrine

Ingredients for 6 people

7 turkey cutlets

6 slices of ham

6 cups of spinach

1 cup of ricotta cheese

1 red onion

1 head of broccoli, cooked and finely chopped

olive oil



salt & pepper

Step 1/3

Cover the turkey cutlets with cling film, flatten them with the rolling pin, and coat them with salted and peppered paprika. Line the loaf pan with 6 cutlets and cover them with the slices of ham.

Step 2/3

Cook the spinach in a drizzle of olive oil until it has wilted and mix it into the ricotta. Add the broccoli, chopped onion, and chopped parsley and fill the loaf pan with the mixture.

Step 3/3

Fold over the ham and place the last turkey cutlet on top to close the loaf and bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Turn out of the loaf pan and enjoy!
