Stuffed pasta crown
A flower crown of pasta! romance in the kitchen
Total time: 40 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
4 cups of shell shaped pasta
2 cups of ricotta
3/4 cup of ham
1 1/4 cups of grated parmesan
1 1/4 cups of grated mozzarella
1 cup of white bechamel sauce
1/2 bunch of parsely
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta for 12 minutes in a large pot of salted boiling water
Cut the ham into slices and mix in a bowl with the ricotta, parmesan, chopped parsely, salt and pepper. Stuff the pasta shells with this mixtire.
Spread the white bechamel sauce over the bottom of the pie dish and arrange the pasta as flower petals on the bechamel. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella between the pasta shells.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F. Let it cool slightly before eating, by picking out the pasta shells one by one.
