Recipe Octopus Corndogs
A fun recipe to make for your kids
Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. The mash them and add the chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Cut the top off the hot dog, and cut the other end into quarters. Then put each hot dog on a kebab skewer, and add a piece of mozzarella on the end of the kebab.
On plastic wrap, form a square of the mashed potato and add a hot dog to each. Roll the plastic wrap tightly to enclose the hot dog in the mashed potato coating. Repeat with all the hot dogs.
Place the skewers in the freezer for 1 hour, then roll them in flour, dip them in beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy with ketchup and salad on the side.
