Ingredients for 4 people

Pork ribs

Mayonnaise

Bbq sauce

Salt & pepper

Pickles

French fries

Cheddar

Onions

Flour

Egg

Breadcrumbs

Meatballs

Lettuce

Frying oil

Hamburger buns

Tools

Aluminum foil

Step 1/3

Place the pork ribs on a sheet of foil. Coat with mayonnaise, bbq sauce and pickle slices. Season with salt and pepper. Close the foil around the ribs. Place the French fries on another sheet of foil and sprinkle with grated cheddar. Close the foil around the fries. Place the ribs and fries in the oven. Allow the cheese to melt on the fries and remove from the oven. Allow the ribs to cook fully.

Step 2/3

Cut the onions into rings. On a baking sheet place a smaller ring inside of a larger onion ring. Fill the space with bbq sauce and add a slice of cheddar. Place in the freezer until solid. Coat the onion rings in flour, then egg wash and finally breadcrumbs. Add a meatball to each onion ring hole. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Step 3/3

Add some lettuce, cheese, pickles and onions to each hamburger bun. Add the ribs (with the bones removed) and an onion ring to each hamburger bun. Serve and enjoy!
