  • 5 slices bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 large tortilla
  • Guacamole
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 potatoes, diced and browned

  1. Cook the bacon in a pan. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, then pour them over the bacon in the pan. Add cheddar on top and cover with the tortilla.

  2. Turn the pan over onto a plate, add sauteed potatoes on top, spread ketchup, then roll up the tortilla. Slice the burrito and enjoy by dipping in guacamole.
