Breakfast Burrito Wraps!

Wakey, wakey, eggs and bakey :)

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 2 people

5 slices bacon

3 eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1 large tortilla


Salt & pepper

2 potatoes, diced and browned

Step 1/2

Cook the bacon in a pan. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, then pour them over the bacon in the pan. Add cheddar on top and cover with the tortilla.

Step 2/2

Turn the pan over onto a plate, add sauteed potatoes on top, spread ketchup, then roll up the tortilla. Slice the burrito and enjoy by dipping in guacamole.
