Prep time: 35 minutes, Cook time: 25 minutes, Rest time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 3 people

2.3 fl oz of dark chocolate

3.1 oz of white chocolate

1 puff pastry

1 cup of heavy cream

2 1/4 oz of cream cheese

3 tbsp of powdered sugar

1 tbsp of chefclub chocolate spread

1 tbsp of chocolate chips

1 egg yolk

Tools

parchment paper

Rolling pin or metal rod

Electric hand mixer

Step 1/3

Melt the dark chocolate. Pour the melted dark chocolate over a slotted spoon over a bowl of cold water with ice cubes to obtain chocolate droplets. Wrap half of the parchment paper around a rolling pin and place the roll on a baking sheet. Melt the white chocolate then pour the white chocolate over the rolling pin, letting it drip onto the parchment paper. Lengthen the white chocolate to form the eyes of the snails using the handle of the hen cup. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2/3

Cut the puff pastry into thin strips and wrap the strips around upturned cups. Brush the strips of puff pastry with egg yolk and bake for 25 minutes at 340°F. Whip 1 chef of heavy cream, 1 mouse of mascarpone, 1 mouse of powdered sugar using an electric mixer. Add 1 hen of Chefclub chocolate spread, mix again then refrigerate.

Step 3/3

Garnish half of the puff pastry shells with the whipped cream spread and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Garnish the other half with the whipped cream spread then join the shells. Make a line with 1 chick of melted white chocolate then glue the white chocolate decoration on top. Repeat the process twice. Make a dot of melted dark chocolate to create the eyes of each snail. Serve and enjoy!
