Ingredients for 2 people
1 puff pastry
2 stuffed chocolate bars
7 oz of white chocolate
3 1/2 oz of dark chocolate
Red food coloring
Heart-shaped cookie cutter
Melt the dark chocolate, pour it into a squeeze bottle and pour circles of chocolate onto the sheet of parchment paper before forming hearts with your fingers. Make small chocolate mouths on the side, then refrigerate everything for 20 minutes.
Place 2 bananas face to face on a plate and cut the top of the banana in the shape of a triangle, in the middle and on the edges. Repeat the process for the second banana before peeling them. Cut the puff pastry to obtain an oval shape and place the two bananas on it, then break the stuffed chocolate bars into pieces and insert them into the bananas. Cut the dough around the bananas to cover them and press the edges to make a mouth. Cut the center of the puff pastry to remove the inside and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
Melt the white chocolate and add the natural red food coloring and mix until smooth. Place the puff pastry mouth on the cooking grid and cover it with the melted red chocolate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Peel the remaining bananas, cut them into slices and form hearts using the Chefclub cookie cutters. Serve the mouth on a dish, add the banana hearts and the chocolate decorations. Serve and enjoy!
