Total time: 45 minutes

Ingredients for 8 people

1 bag of tortilla chips

1 1/2 cups of fried potatoes

8 eggs

1 round puff pastry

1 cup of ham, diced

1 1/2 cups of swiss cheese, grated

6 hot dogs

1 rectangular puff pastry

Tools

Toilet paper roll tubes

Plastic plates

Glue

Springform pan

Tall glass

Bowl

Straw

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Step 1/4

Cut 3/4" long and 1/4" wide notches into 1 end of each toilet paper roll. Fold the strips outward to make collars. Stack 4 of the rolls 2 by 2 with one collar at the top and 1 in the center. Cut a disc the same diameter as the rolls in the center of each plate. Turn the plates over and glue the top collars of the doubled rolls around the hole. Stack the plates one on top of the other by nesting the rolls. Nesting the last roll at the top to finish your tower.

Step 2/4

Open the bag of tortilla chips and crumble them. Add the fried potatoes and beaten eggs to the bag. Add chopped parsley and mix well. Place the glass in the center of the springform pan and pour the mixture around it. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. When the omelet comes out of the oven, remove the springform, remove the glass and insert the tower in the hole.

Step 3/4

Using the bowl, cut 3 discs from the round puff pastry. Spread the ham and grated swiss cheese on top. Place the straw in the middle of one of the discs then fold it in half. Seal all the edges of the calzone, blow into the straw, then remove it and quickly close the hole. Repeat with all the discs. Place the calzones on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F.

Step 4/4

Cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise, leaving the halves attached at one end. Cut thin strips from the rectangular puff pastry and wrap them around the split hot dogs. Open the hot dogs wide and join the ends together outwards to form hearts. Place on the baking tray lined with paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Place the puff pastries on the tower and enjoy with ketchup and mayonnaise.
