Ingredients

2 cups flour

4 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

2 cups milk

10 fl oz custard

2 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese

2/3 cup powdered sugar

4 1/4 cups whipping cream

Raspberries

Blueberries

Cocoa powder

Tools

1 tall glass

1 plate

1 electric hand mixer

1. Combine the flour, eggs, and sugar and add the milk, stirring to make a crepe batter. Bake 10 crepes and stack them. Using the glass, cut a disc out of the middle of each pancake.

2. Fill the glass with custard, place a plate upside down on top and flip it over with the glass so that it's upside down on the plate.

3. Whip the mascarpone, icing sugar, and whipping cream together. Place a crepe on the plate, with the glass through its hole. Spread a layer of whipped cream on the crepe and then cover it with another crepe. Repeat with all the crepes.

4. Dust the last pancake with cocoa powder and decorate the side of the cake with raspberries and blueberries. Remove the glass to release the custard and enjoy!
