Ingredients for 4 people

3 cups of flour

1 tbsp of yeast

4/5 cup of water

0.4 cup of milk

Ham

Salt

2 tomatoes

Arugula

1 ball fresh mozzarella

Frying oil

Step 1/7

Mix the yeast with the water and stir well. In a bowl, mix the flour with the milk. Add the water with the yeast to the mixture and knead well with your hands, until you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts, and let it rest again for another 15 minutes.

Step 2/7

Roll out each of the balls of dough with the help of a rolling pin, forming a disc. Fry each disc in very hot oil.

Step 3/7

Pierce the fried discs in the center, to deflate, and remove excess oil by placing them on a paper towel. Make a cut in each of the discs from the outside to the center. Separate the disc into four parts and fill each one with different ingredients: in the first, use the raw ham; in the second, the mozzarella; in the third add the arugula, and in the last, the tomato. Fold the parts until you form a stuffed triangle sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
