Bacon-Stuffed Camembert Dippers

Ingredients for 8 people

1 round puff pastry

2 rectangular puff pastries

6 tbsp sour cream

1/2 cup bacon, cooked & diced

1 wheels camembert cheese



1 cake pan

Step 1/2

Place the round puff pastry in the cake pan. Cut the other 2 puff pastries in 3 lengthwise. Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream on each strip of pastry and sprinkle bacon over it. Fold the strips in half lengthwise.

Step 2/2

Place the 2 wheels of camembert one on top of the other in the middle of the cake pan. Fold the filled dough strips in an accordion shape and arrange them upright around the camemberts. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Remove the top rind of the camembert, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy by dipping the puff pastry in the melted cheese!
