When France and Italy meets.
Remove the core from each camembert to obtain 4 cheese rings. Cut the cores into pieces. Cut the puff pastries in half and wrap the camembert rings with them.
Cook the macaroni in salted water and drain. Fry the bacon with the chopped onion, add the cooked macaroni, sour cream, and the core pieces of camembert. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and divide this mixture in the cheese rings placed on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Crack an egg over each camembert and bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Enjoy!
